My friend went in to get a simple wash, cut and blow dry and I have never seen something so greasy and uneven in my life!! The cut was choppy and huge chunks were taken out of some sections while other sections stayed long. They didn't tell us that drying would be extra money until after putting copious amounts of unnecessary products in her hair. My friend was too shy to say how terrible it was until further inspecting it after getting back home. When she called they were rude and gave attitude saying "I don't have time for this, come in and talk to the manager tomorrow".. AND THEN HUNG UP IN HER FACE!! When we went the next day they said they would not refund due to the fact that we tried to fix it and there's no proof they cut the hair. Which makes no sense since we called before we even did anything! The service is awful, the people are rude and it's not worth wasting time and money to be disappointed.
Worst service I will never go back again.

I was so nervous going in, Karen at the desk was so super sweet and kind both on phone and in person. I was introduced to Paula, she was absolutely AMAZING... She was able to work w me to correct as much of my regrowth from my last haircut as she could. I wish I could find the name of the other woman. Working that Thursday night when I went, but the three of them were an incredible team just the nicest place not so "on the go" as I thought. I will definitely have Paula finish out this cut when the other side grows in!! I suggest them to anyone!

I love Fantastic Sams ,the people there have always been very nice to me. When I want to make my hair easier to do it so keep it want they did exactly how I wanted it and now my hair actually looks better and healthier. I have MS and it was important to me to make sure that my hair was done in a way where it would be easy for me to do. So we decided on a haircut and it's the best haircut I could say that I ever had that's why I have been going back to Fantastic Sams for many years. I would recommend them to anyone and I usually do. This is just my opinion and I hope others go there as well and have the same Experience that I have had
