Usually lots of nail techs on busy days (Friday's and weekends) but expect a little wait even sometimes when you have an appt. They are super great with little girls coming with their Mom's for pedicures. Jen is amazing! Gives the best leg and footrubs around. I only go to her now.
Disgusted! First of all my daughter and I were taken 25 min. late for an appt. I made weeks ago. We were on our way out of time, and we really didn't need a delay. When the tech told me to be seated, I asked if she had cleaned the foot bath for my pedi. She told me it really wasn't necessary since they clean them each morning! Yuck!! My appt. was at 5pm, a whole days worth of feet in that bath. Will not go back or recommend this salon.
Just called them... And learned that I don't even want to give them a try... I asked a simple question and first I realized staff doesn't speak English...so she was either saying "yes"? To my question or was silent. After I repeat it 5th time slow she hanged up on me.
I went to Silk today for a second time, because I had a great experience the last time. The salon is clean and beautiful! The manicurist are very sweet and welcoming. They do a great pedicure and manicure! Every time I come in I am amazed that it is not busier! Ladies, you need to start coming here, you are missing out on a great local place that tops any nail salon in the area!
